Job Description
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and comparable cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Python, and SQL.
- Apply advanced data modeling techniques and develop high-quality data products.
- Implement AI-enabled data development approaches where relevant.
- Establish and execute comprehensive testing, validation, and data quality assurance frameworks.
- Lead the design, integration, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, both commercial and bespoke.
- Architect and implement real-time data product patterns.
- Utilize DevOps tooling and deployment best practices for efficient, reliable production go-lives.
- Provide senior technical leadership to multidisciplinary feature teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Define and support enterprise data architecture and MDM strategy.
- Work strictly within specified delivery, architecture, engineering, security, and governance standards.
- Deliver data solutions that improve the quality, richness, and consumption-readiness of FDP data.
- Ensure all team members are based in Bristol or Manchester and are immediately available for onboarding.
- Deliver experienced, delivery-ready practitioners without reliance on academic projects or long mobilization periods.
