Data Scientist - AI & Predictive Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with business units to define analytical requirements and translate them into data science projects.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, AI , and predictive modeling .

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a proven track record in predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model building.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and AI techniques .
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
