About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for various business applications, including prediction, classification, and anomaly detection.
- Perform complex data analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and integrate ML models into applications.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the performance of AI features.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
