Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to AI development.
- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for various AI applications, including predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of AI solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy models into production environments.

Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
