Data Scientist - AI Focus

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using advanced statistical and AI techniques.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering tasks.
• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance and business impact.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science models into production systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a proven track record in applying AI/ML techniques.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
