About the Role

You will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling to extract valuable insights and develop predictive models that solve critical business challenges. This role involves working with large, complex datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of AI-powered products and services. You will play a key part in transforming data into actionable intelligence, working from our Portsmouth location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms using various statistical techniques.
• Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on building AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
