Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and uncover hidden patterns in data.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features or strategies.
• Clean, transform, and preprocess large, diverse datasets to prepare them for analysis and model building.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of AI and machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and expertise with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data mining principles.
• Experience with SQL and working with large databases is essential.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and present findings effectively.
