Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predicting production, optimizing drilling parameters, and identifying potential risks.

• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subsurface, engineering, and commercial teams to define analytical requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist , with a focus on analytics within the energy industry .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong experience with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
