Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms for insurance applications (e.g., fraud detection, customer segmentation, risk pricing).
• Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources within the insurance domain.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
