Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, regression, and clustering.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare datasets for modeling.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate model performance and business impact.
• Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, and explore their potential application.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems and applications.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist , with a strong portfolio of ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R, along with relevant libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and ML algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
