Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.

• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into products and services.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of data science best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including relevant data science and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
