Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers relevant to business objectives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Communicate complex findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their challenges and translate them into data science problems.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series).
• Experience with SQL and working with relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills.
