About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems such as prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
• Clean, transform, and preprocess data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly through visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to integrate data science solutions into production systems.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets using big data technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
