Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about caring for older people. As a Day Care Assistant, you will help us deliver exceptional care by treating our care home residents like family.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Act as a key worker for a group of residents, engaging in daily activities and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate with residents' loved ones, attend review meetings, and welcome visitors to the home.
