Day Shift Operations Leader - Waste-to-Energy Site

Encyclis is building a brand new Energy Recovery Facility in Walsall, Midlands, to convert household and non-hazardous waste into clean electricity, with 49 MW capacity and a strong safety culture.

The Day Team Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and lead day-to-day operations, supervising waste transport, weighbridge, tipping hall and ash handling to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.
