Daytime Pub Cook – Independent Kitchen, Mon–Fri

Greene King’s Metro Pubs in the City of London is seeking a friendly Cook/Chef to run a small, independent kitchen on weekdays. This one-person kitchen role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri 10:30am–4:30pm) with no weekends or bank holidays, providing a calm working environment and a chance to take responsibility for the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have prior Cook/Chef experience, a reliable and self-motivated attitude, and strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
