Debate Performance Coach for Elite Student Debaters (Part-Time)

Brighton College is seeking a Debate Performance Coach on a permanent part-time contract to commence in October 2026. The role runs Thursdays, delivering interactive workshops for pupils and developing talent within a large debate society.

The successful candidate will coach, create resources, assist with team selections and help organise competitions across the UK, including trips and performance feedback.
