Debating Coach: Shape Bold Voices & Winners

Wellington College is seeking an accomplished Debating Coach to inspire pupils aged 13–18 through competitive British Parliamentary debate. The role involves weekly coaching of 2 hours during term time and occasional evenings or weekends for competitions, within a supportive cocurricular programme.

You will guide students in argument construction, research, and delivery, nurture confident voices, and work with staff to select teams for external events, maintaining safeguarding best practices.
