Debt Recovery & Customer Care Advisor

Michael Page are recruiting a permanent Debt Customer Service Advisor to join a busy energy sector team in Leeds. You will manage arrears conversations with business customers, take payments, and set up payment plans, ensuring targets and SLAs are met.

The role is telephone heavy with some email and admin duties, involves supporting offshore colleagues, and offers an excellent training program, progression opportunities, and a central Leeds location with free parking.
