Decentralized Application (dApp) Developer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented Decentralized Application (dApp) Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. You will be instrumental in building user-friendly and performant dApps on various blockchain networks. This role requires a strong understanding of smart contract interaction, front-end development within a blockchain context, and a passion for creating decentralized solutions. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring innovative applications to life, contributing directly to the growth and success of our cryptocurrency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using modern frameworks and tools.
• Integrate dApps with smart contracts, ensuring seamless and secure data flow.
• Implement user interfaces that provide an intuitive and engaging experience for interacting with blockchain functionalities.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and smart contract interaction layers.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional dApp interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the dApp stack, including smart contract interactions and front-end performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and their integration with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Experience with smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity) and interaction patterns.
• Understanding of blockchain concepts, including transactions, wallets, and gas fees.
• Familiarity with IPFS and other decentralized storage solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative environment.
