Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement DeFi protocols and smart contracts (e.g., lending, borrowing, exchanges).
• Write secure, efficient, and audited code for high-value financial applications on the blockchain.
• Integrate DeFi applications with various blockchain networks and wallets.
• Develop and maintain off-chain components that support DeFi operations.
• Analyze market trends and user needs to identify opportunities for new DeFi products.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and product managers to ensure protocol viability and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DeFi development and smart contract programming (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and algorithmic trading principles.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices.
• Experience with decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators, stablecoins, and yield farming protocols.
• Familiarity with security auditing tools and methodologies for smart contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
