Dedicated CDL-A Driver

🚗 Job Highlights:

• Starting Pay: Up to $0.53 per mile (based on experience)
• Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,200
• Average Weekly Miles: Up to 2,400
• Home Weekly for 34-hour restart

Pay Scale:

• Less than 1 year experience: $0.51/mile
• 1-2 years experience: $0.52/mile
• 2+ years experience: $0.53/mile

🚚 Route Details:

• Primary areas: AL, GA, TN (other areas as needed)
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday (some Saturdays required)
• Freight: Automotive parts

Key Responsibilities:

• Haul automotive parts throughout Eastern Mercedes division
• Handle both drop & hook and live load/unload freight

Bonuses:

• $500 New Hire Bonus (paid after completion of first dispatch)
• $3,000 Referral Bonus

Home Time & Parking:

• Weekly home time (34-hour restart)
• Park at home or secure location (must accommodate both tractor and trailer)

• Weekend home time is not guaranteed. Drivers must be comfortable running weekends when needed.

Requirements:

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays
• Willingness to run between Vance, AL and Birmingham, AL
