About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Deep Cleaning Technician to deliver exceptional cleaning services for commercial and residential properties in and around Bristol . This role focuses on intensive cleaning tasks that go beyond routine maintenance, ensuring spaces are thoroughly sanitized and restored. You will be responsible for high-standard cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, post-construction sites, and end-of-tenancy properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess the expertise to tackle challenging cleaning scenarios effectively, contributing to a reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of kitchens, including ovens, refrigerators, and ventilation systems.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and tiles, removing mould and limescale.
• Execute post-construction cleaning, removing dust, paint splatters, and debris.
• Conduct end-of-tenancy cleaning to prepare properties for new occupants.
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions for effective stain removal and sanitization.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in deep cleaning or specialized cleaning services.
• Proficiency in using industrial cleaning equipment and a wide range of cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent knowledge of stain removal, disinfection, and sanitization techniques.
