Defence Subcontract Manager – Lead Procurement & Commercial

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Subcontract Manager to join an Integrated Project Team in the Defence/Aerospace sector. The role is based in Luton with an initial 12-month contract and a rate of up to £60 per hour (Inside IR35).

The ideal candidate will lead subcontract management, manage supplier performance, draft complex contracts, and ensure compliance across the project lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams.
