Defendant EL/PL Paralegal – Pre-Litigation Specialist

G2 Legal Limited in Bradford city centre is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Claims Handler to join a growing defendant personal injury team. You will manage a caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims from initial notification through to litigation, handling defendant work within a supportive team.

You will use the MOJ EL/PL Portal to progress claims, investigate liability and negotiate settlements, while liaising with clients, insurers and experts.
