About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced DeFi Product Manager to join their forward-thinking team in Brighton . This role is central to defining and executing the product vision for our client's decentralized finance (DeFi) offerings. You will translate market insights and user needs into compelling product roadmaps, working closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative financial products on the blockchain. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DeFi products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements for engineering teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to drive engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi) or cryptocurrency products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and defining product strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products.
