The Role
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving attendance at a portfolio of industry-leading events by engaging with senior decision-makers and business leaders.
You'll identify relevant attendees, build relationships over the phone, understand business challenges, and communicate the value of attending specific conferences and networking events.
This is a fast-paced sales role that rewards resilience, organisation and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying relevant attendees for industry events
- Building relationships with senior professionals via phone and email
- Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Achieving and exceeding delegate attendance targets
- Working closely with event production and marketing teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting activity
- Contributing ideas to improve campaign performance and event success

Experience
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:
- Graduate calibre candidates with strong commercial drive
- Sales professionals with 6-12 months of experience
- Telesales, recruitment, customer-facing or business development backgrounds
- Delegate sales experience highly desirable
