Delivery Driver - E-commerce Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery routes for a high volume of e-commerce parcels throughout the Nottingham area.
• Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered accurately and on time.
• Utilize navigation tools and delivery management software to optimize routes and track deliveries.
• Provide outstanding customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery inquiries.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any operational issues or maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record; experience with multi-drop delivery is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Nottingham road network and surrounding areas.
• Good physical stamina for loading and unloading packages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to fulfilling delivery commitments.
