About the Role

You will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of goods to businesses and residential addresses within the local area. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently on assigned delivery routes.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secure and handled with care.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle issues, delivery discrepancies, or customer concerns to the logistics manager promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record (Category B).
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of the Coventry area and surrounding regions.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of moderate weight.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
