Key Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-drop deliveries of goods accurately and on time.
• Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries professionally.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Accurately record delivery details and obtain customer signatures.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in multi-drop delivery is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Birmingham area and surrounding routes.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading.
• Reliable, punctual, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
