Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate multi-drop deliveries to a diverse customer base.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or provided maps, adapting to traffic conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions, addressing any queries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with relevant commercial driving experience.
• A clean driving record with no major offenses.
• Good knowledge of the Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
