Delivery Manager – Finance Transformation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects covering e-Invoicing, AP automation, ERP, tax, and finance systems
- Project Planning
- Define project scope, requirements, milestones, delivery plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies with stakeholders
System Integration Coordinate integrations between ERP and finance systems, procurement, document management, archiving, tax, and e-Invoicing platforms Project Governance Drive project governance and oversee testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, change management, and executive reporting Regulatory Compliance Ensure finance transformation projects meet country-specific and European e-Invoicing, tax, and regulatory requirements Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality Stakeholder Management Coordinate Finance, Procurement, Business, and Technology stakeholders and facilitate steering committees and governance meetings Requirements
- Project Delivery
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, IT delivery, or finance transformation projects
Finance Systems 5+ years of experience delivering e-Invoicing, AP automation, ERP, or financial systems projects System Integration 4+ years of experience managing complex integrations across ERP, finance, procurement, document management, or related platforms Project Governance 3+ years of experience leading governance, risk management, testing, cutover, deployment, and change management activities International Delivery Strong experience managing cross-functional and international project teams and complex delivery environments Stakeholder Management Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and competing priorities Delivery Methodologies Strong experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements Communication & Problem Solving Strong project delivery, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills What we offer

- Experience delivering multi-country or European regulatory compliance and finance transformation projects
e-Invoicing Standards Understanding of AP processes, invoice processing, and standards such as PEPPOL, UBL, and XML ERP Platforms Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Professional Certification PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or another relevant professional certification Process Optimization Experience with finance process optimization and digital transformation initiatives Work with us
