Delivery Manager – Global IT Service Delivery

Computacenter PLC is seeking a Delivery Manager to own a 26-week service plan for Evergreen deployment, coordinating internal teams, customers and third parties to deliver end-to-end service. The role involves on-site customer visits, performance reporting and proactive service improvements across global teams.

You will lead release planning, manage changes via ITSM tools, and drive collaboration within the Evergreen team while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence.
