Delivery Operations Lead - Staffing & Capacity Strategy

PhysicsX is building an AI-driven simulation software stack for engineering and manufacturing. We seek a Delivery Operations Manager to own staffing, capacity insight and onboarding while collaborating across Accounts, Tech, Commercial and Talent teams to balance demand and resources.

You will improve workflows, maintain planning data, and translate future demand into hiring priorities in a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment with a strong emphasis on governance and data quality.
