Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 6:30AM till 15:30PM - flexibility is required due to business demands/needs

In this Delivery Station Supervisor position, you will be working in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.

Duties;

Oversee driver and depot operations Lead the team, assign tasks, and monitor productivity Allocate resources based on volume and real-time data Maintain KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy, error rates) Support onboarding and performance management Deliver daily briefings Ensure safety and operational compliance Produce shift reports and escalate risks Your Experience:
