Location: Coventry CV7 Pay: £13.42 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 14:00–23:00 Pattern: 5 out of 7 days Start: Immediate Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 successful weeks Working days can vary and may include weekends depending on business requirements.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7. You'll support the day-to-day operation, lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork, communication and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives Monitor team and driver performance Ensure parcels are scanned, sorted and dispatched correctly Support dispatch and returns operations Help achieve daily operational KPIs and targets Coach and motivate team members Deal with operational issues and escalate when required Investigate and resolve customer issues Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, drivers and management Maintain high Health & Safety standards Maintain excellent housekeeping standardsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:
