Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of delivery drivers to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across the Bradford area.
• Implement and monitor delivery schedules, adjusting as needed to meet operational demands.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage vehicle assignments, conduct basic inspections, and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within logistics or delivery.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations and route optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Familiarity with the Bradford and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
• Valid UK driving license and a good driving record.
