Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery drivers to achieve daily targets.
• Plan and oversee daily delivery routes and schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to drivers, addressing any operational or customer-related issues promptly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and traffic regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and management staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within logistics or delivery services.
• Valid UK driving license, preferably with experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations and route planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Glasgow area and surrounding delivery zones.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
