Delivery Team Leader

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Team Leader to join their operations in Edinburgh . This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring efficient and accurate deliveries to customers. You will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules, monitoring performance, and upholding high standards of customer service and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of delivery drivers to achieve daily targets.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
• Oversee vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting any issues to management.

Requirements
