You will be responsible for guiding a team of delivery drivers, managing daily schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Plan and manage daily delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Conduct regular team briefings, focusing on safety, customer service, and operational updates.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently, handling any issues that arise.
• Maintain delivery records and report on team performance and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with management on route optimization and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Valid UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with delivery software and tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
