About the Role

This role is critical for ensuring customers receive their online orders promptly and in perfect condition. You will be operating a company van, managing a route of deliveries, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers upon delivery. The ideal candidate is organised, customer-focused, and possesses excellent driving skills. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of e-commerce packages to residential and commercial addresses in Liverpool .
• Plan daily routes efficiently to meet delivery targets and timeframes.
• Safely operate a company delivery van , adhering to all road safety regulations.
• Obtain customer signatures and confirmations for delivered items using a handheld device.
• Provide polite and helpful service to customers during deliveries.
• Report any issues with deliveries, van maintenance, or customer feedback to the depot.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous experience driving a delivery van or similar vehicle.
• Good knowledge of the Liverpool area and surrounding postcodes.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling delivery documentation.
• Professional and friendly attitude towards customers.
