You will be responsible for delivering goods to local businesses and residential addresses, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and excellent customer service. This role requires a good knowledge of the local road network and the ability to manage your delivery schedule effectively. As a driver for our client, you will be an essential part of their distribution network, maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and efficiency. This role is based at our depot and requires regular on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely and efficient deliveries of goods to designated customer locations.
• Load and unload the delivery van safely, ensuring items are protected.
• Plan and navigate optimal delivery routes within the Liverpool area.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service during all interactions.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working order.
• Accurately record delivery details and any exceptions.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) with a clean record.
• Previous professional driving experience, preferably with vans.
• Familiarity with the Liverpool area and surrounding road networks.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
