Demand Forecasting & Capacity Planning Lead

BSI Covent Garden, London, is seeking a Demand Capacity and Reporting Manager to build a new capability for forecasting demand, planning capacity and resourcing across IT and change portfolios.

The role combines data, reporting and commercial insight to influence portfolio planning and move from reactive to proactive workforce decisions, reducing contractor reliance and improving delivery across the technology portfolio.
