Demand Gen & Growth Lead

Zinc is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to elevate our demand marketing from a channel-led function to a data-informed, 360 growth engine. You will build and scale the full-funnel demand generation playbook across channels and audiences, reporting to the marketing leadership.

This senior leadership role will guide measurement, activation, and engagement of buyers from first signal to closed won, shaping best-in-class demand generation at scale for 2026 and beyond.
