Dementia & Delirium Care Specialist Nurse

Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Dementia and Delirium Specialist Nurse to lead person-centred care for patients with acute confusion or dementia. The role includes acting as a clinical advisor to ward teams, delivering hands-on training to staff and guiding families.

You will work within the MDT across the trust, contribute to dementia strategy, and participate in service development while delivering education and support to staff.
