Dementia Care & Wellbeing Day Centre Assistant

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a Care and Wellbeing Assistant to support adults living with dementia in Cardiff Care Hubs. The role includes assisting with personal care, ensuring wellbeing, and helping people access daytime opportunities and activities.

Ideal candidates will have dementia experience, be willing to train to QCF Level 2, and be flexible for weekend rosters. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this team-based environment.
