Dementia Care Assistant – Day/Night Shifts

The Oasis Unit is a ten bedded medical ward for patients who require hospital treatment and have dementia or cognitive impairment. The ward is part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Rochdale, and all posts are rotational with days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

As a Health Care Assistant you will support patients with daily living, assist with mobility and personal care, help with meals and fluid balance, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards
