Dementia Care Assistant - Day Shifts, 36hrs/week

South Coast Nursing Homes, a family-owned care provider in East and West Sussex, is looking for a Care Assistant to join Berkeley Lodge in Worthing on a full-time basis. The role involves 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, delivering high-quality personal care and social engagement to residents.

You will promote independence, maintain accurate electronic records, assist with meals, and foster strong links with residents' relatives to tailor care to individual needs.
