Dementia Care Leader: Inspire Person-Centred Teams

Wellford Gardens is seeking a Head of Dementia Care to lead and develop our dementia care provision across our home. You will supervise and support care teams, ensuring the highest quality of person-centred care for residents living with dementia, while working with Admiral Nurses and external partners.

You will lead on staff development, maintain compliant practices, and promote wellbeing and independence for residents, in collaboration with the home management team and families.
