Dementia Wellbeing Activity Facilitator

Guild House is seeking a Dementia Wellbeing Assistant to enhance residents' daily lives through meaningful activities tailored to individual needs.

You will plan one-to-one and group sessions, support dementia care, encourage participation, and work closely with staff and families to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Flexibility, good communication, and a compassionate approach are essential, with weekend work required on a rotating basis to cover shifts and events.
